Three review paths

Choose the engineering path for your project

Each path shows what to provide, what is reviewed, and what the customer receives before quotation.

Review workflow

From technical input to a quotation-ready scope

Production begins only after technical and commercial scope is confirmed. An RFQ submission does not automatically approve a design or start manufacturing.

01

Customer input

Drawings, photos, samples, specifications, machine details, quantity, and urgency.

02

Engineering review

The request is routed to the correct product and feasibility path.

03

Feasibility / compatibility

Manufacturability, chain-sprocket interaction, and missing information are evaluated.

04

Scope confirmation

Questions and assumptions are documented before commercial pricing.

05

Quotation

A quotation is prepared against the confirmed technical and commercial scope.

Project modes

Urgent replacement and repeat supply require different review priorities

Both paths use structured technical evidence, but their priorities and commercial inputs are different.

RFQ readiness

Better technical inputs reduce clarification before quotation.

Send what is available. Engineering will identify the missing information instead of requiring a perfect specification at the first contact.

Component

Photos, drawing, sample, dimensions, markings

Machine

Model, layout, mating parts, installation context

Operation

Speed, load, duty cycle, environment, failure symptoms

Commercial

Replacement or OEM, quantity, urgency, delivery target
