By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The website is intended for business, industrial, engineering, maintenance, distribution, and procurement users rather than consumer purchases.
2. Website information is not a binding offer
Product descriptions, applications, images, guides, technical checklists, and other website content are general information. They are not a quotation, engineering approval, warranty, certification, or promise that a product is available or suitable for a particular machine.
A request for quotation does not create an order or require JXChain to manufacture, reserve capacity, meet a delivery date, or accept the requested specification.
3. Engineering and technical review
Engineering review depends on the accuracy and completeness of the drawings, samples, dimensions, machine information, operating conditions, and commercial requirements supplied by the customer.
Worn samples, incomplete photographs, missing mating-component data, or unknown operating conditions may require clarification, a controlled sample, or additional validation. Website content must not be used as the sole basis for a safety-critical selection, machine modification, or installation decision.
4. Customer responsibilities
When submitting an inquiry or technical material, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it.
- Identify known dimensions, operating conditions, quantity, timing, and uncertainty
- Review and approve drawings, samples, assumptions, and specifications when requested
- Confirm machine safety, guarding, installation, lubrication, commissioning, and regulatory requirements
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, export-controlled, or third-party confidential material without authorization
- Maintain copies of original drawings, communications, and project records
5. Quotations, orders, and commercial documents
The legal supplier identity and the binding technical and commercial terms for a transaction will appear in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, purchase agreement, or sales contract.
Those documents may address specification, drawing revision, price, currency, tax, payment, tooling, sample approval, inspection, packaging, Incoterms, delivery, warranty, claims, intellectual property, confidentiality, governing law, and dispute resolution. If website content conflicts with an accepted commercial document, the accepted commercial document controls.
6. Drawings, samples, and confidentiality
You retain rights you already hold in material you submit. You grant JXChain and necessary service providers permission to use, reproduce, transmit, measure, annotate, and internally share that material only as needed to evaluate and perform the requested business activity.
Website submission does not automatically create an NDA or exclusive relationship. Arrange written confidentiality terms before sending information that requires special protection. Physical samples may be consumed, altered, disassembled, or damaged during evaluation only where this has been agreed or is reasonably necessary for the approved review.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, JXChain branding, photographs, and original content are owned by or licensed to JXChain and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for legitimate internal business evaluation but may not copy, republish, scrape at scale, sell, misrepresent, or create derivative commercial materials without permission.
Third-party company names, machine names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them may be used only for identification or compatibility discussion and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

An ‘urgent replacement’ path is an inquiry priority, not a guaranteed response, identification, production, shipment, or machine-restart time.
