JXChain is the public website brand and commercial contact identity used for these inquiries. The legal supplier entity responsible for a transaction will be identified in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, or sales contract. We receive information that you choose to provide when requesting identification, engineering review, a quotation, or other business support.

3. Information collected through website infrastructure
The website is hosted on Vercel. When a page is requested, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP address, referral information, response status, and diagnostic or security logs.
The current website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or an installed web-analytics package. The RFQ form prepares an email in your own email application; the website does not upload the selected documents to a JXChain database.
4. How we use information
We use personal and project information only for legitimate business and operational purposes connected with the inquiry or relationship.
- Respond to inquiries and identify the appropriate product or engineering path
- Review drawings, samples, specifications, compatibility, feasibility, quantity, and delivery requirements
- Prepare quotations, samples, order documents, production or inspection scope, and customer support
- Maintain business correspondence and records for repeat supply, dispute prevention, accounting, and legal compliance
- Protect the website, communications, systems, personnel, and customers against misuse, fraud, or security incidents

Technical material is used to evaluate and manage the inquiry. Access should be limited to personnel and service providers who need it for that purpose.

JXChain serves international business customers and operates from China. Information may therefore be accessed or processed in China and in locations where hosting, email, communications, logistics, or other service providers operate. Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the project, maintain quotation and supply history, support repeat orders, protect legal rights, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or the relevant contract.
When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived, subject to technical backup cycles and legal holds.
10. Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission, email system, messaging service, or storage method is completely secure, so confidential or export-controlled material should not be sent without an agreed secure method.
